Radarmeteo and Hypermeteo continue to focus on the quality of the procedures involved in processing their meteorological datasets. This quality determines the high level of representativeness of all subsequent processing and reanalysis.
As a result, the two companies have obtained the certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 25000 “Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE)”, issued by the certification body DNV.
The certification awarded to Radarmeteo relates to the “Functional suitability and quality in use” of the MeteoCast® software application, while the following characteristics have been certified for the Hypermeteo datasets:
- data quality model ISO/IEC 25012:2008, adopted in Italy as national standard UNI CEI ISO/IEC 25012:2014;
- data quality measurement ISO/IEC 25024:2015, adopted in Italy as national standard UNI CEI ISO/IEC 25024:2016.
